“Rybaki I” housing estate

The estate is located on the high bank of the Vistula river in the Wawer district, 15 km from the centre of Warsaw, surrounded by meadows and forests. The design includes 36 terraced houses. The houses are grouped in six, four and two buildings, each with a garden and a terrace lifted 1.5 m above the ground level. The estate is fenced and closed. The houses were built of ceramic bricks with the use of traditional technology, covered with roof tiles, completely finished on the outside with an insulation system, and unfinished inside with service connections provided.

 
“Rybaki II” housing estate

An estate of single-family semi-detached and detached houses located on the high bank of the Vistula river in the Wawer district. The Rybaki II estate is a complex of 14 semi-detached and 11 detached houses. The buildings were handed over in a closed-in condition, completely finished on the outside with the use of an insulation system. Each house has a garage for one or two cars and a parking space in the street in front of it. After the construction has been finished, the area was fenced and closed.
